Furnichannel was founded in April 2017 with the aim of supporting companies in the furniture and design world in their digital transformation. In particular, the goal is to help the brand to intercept the Customer Journey of customers in an increasingly omni-channel world, and to do this becomes essential the need to manage all digital and physical touch-points in a coordinated manner. Furnichannel was born from the idea of two partners and friends, Tiziano Pazzini and Alberto Galimberti, who met in 2010 at Bocconi University during a Master in Marketing. From that moment on, a friendship relationship began that developed in parallel the desire to create something new in the digital world. Titian and Alberto began an in-depth study of the sectors that make Italy strong abroad, the so-called 3F: Food, Fashion and Furniture. After several analyses, the two partners decided to deal with the world of Furniture and Design, because among the 3F was a sector still far behind in the digital revolution, also the agency market was much smaller and there was no digital player in the field of Furniture. So Furnichannel was born with the main mission of supporting companies through 3 pillars of Digital Transformation: – Academy that provides specialized training to companies to overcome obstacles. – Lead Generations and Drive to Store activities to support the business of brands and retailers – Technological developments such as e-commerce site or institutional to intercept customers of brands. But Furnichannel does not stop there, the future goal is to grow the team by focusing on talent and to become a stronger leader in digital support of brands and retailers in the world of Furniture.
